
Logistics Specialist
Job Description
We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to support Cartona’s day-to-day logistics operations and ensure the smooth and timely delivery of customer orders.
The role will be responsible for following up with 3PL and transportation partners, monitoring order deliveries, tracking delivery issues, maintaining accurate logistics data, and preparing operational reports. The Logistics Specialist will work closely with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure delivery activities are completed according to agreed SLAs and operational requirements.
Responsibilities
Follow up daily with 3PL and transportation partners on assigned orders and delivery status.
Monitor orders from dispatch until successful delivery and update their status on the relevant systems.
Track pending, delayed, failed, and returned orders and follow up with the logistics partner for updates.
Contact logistics partners to obtain updates on delayed or unsuccessful deliveries.
Follow up on failed delivery attempts and ensure the required next action is completed.
Record and update delivery issues, exceptions, and resolutions accurately.
Coordinate with Sales, Supply, and Operations teams to share delivery updates and resolve routine operational issues.
Check logistics data and reports to ensure that order and delivery information is accurate and up to date.
Prepare and update daily and weekly logistics reports under the supervision of the Senior Logistics Manager
Track basic logistics KPIs such as On-Time Delivery, Successful Delivery Rate, Failed Delivery Rate, Delivery Lead Time, Returns, and Cancellations.
Maintain clear and timely communication with internal teams and external logistics partners.
Perform other logistics and operational tasks assigned by the Senior Logistics Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, operations, or a related field.
Fresh graduates with relevant internships or practical experience are welcome to apply.
Basic understanding of logistics operations, order fulfillment, and delivery processes.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
