Position Overview
The Marketing Strategy & Growth Executive is a strategic role within the CEO Office, responsible for identifying and evaluating external market opportunities, monitoring market dynamics, analyzing competitors, and supporting the CEO in developing growth opportunities across the business.
The role goes beyond traditional marketing execution, with a strong focus on market intelligence, strategic thinking, business opportunities, partnerships, growth initiatives, and translating external market insights into actionable recommendations for the company.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Market Intelligence & Opportunity Identification
Monitor market trends, customer behavior, emerging opportunities, and changes within the healthcare and related markets.
Identify potential market gaps, underserved segments, new business opportunities, and areas for expansion.
Conduct continuous research on external market developments and provide relevant insights to the CEO.
Track emerging products, services, business models, and market movements that may create opportunities for the company.
Develop regular market intelligence reports and opportunity updates.
2. Competitor Intelligence
Monitor key competitors and analyze their:
Products and services
Pricing and positioning
Marketing activities
Customer experience
Partnerships
Expansion plans
Market presence
Identify competitors' strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and strategic movements.
Maintain an updated competitor landscape and highlight significant changes to the CEO.
Identify potential competitive gaps that the company can capitalize on.
3. Growth & Strategic Opportunities
Identify and assess potential growth opportunities across existing and new business lines.
Explore new customer segments, geographic markets, services, channels, and commercial opportunities.
Support the evaluation of new business ideas through market research and initial feasibility analysis.
Prepare opportunity assessments including market potential, competitive landscape, expected impact, and key considerations.
Track strategic initiatives and support their progress from idea to implementation.
4. Partnerships & Business Development Opportunities
Research and identify potential strategic partners, brands, healthcare providers, corporations, platforms, and other relevant organizations.
Identify partnership opportunities that could generate new customers, revenue streams, capabilities, or market access.
Support the CEO and relevant teams in preparing partnership proposals and business cases.
Maintain a pipeline of potential strategic partnerships and opportunities.
5. Marketing Strategy & Market Positioning
Provide strategic market insights that support the development of the company's marketing direction.
Analyze market positioning and identify opportunities to strengthen the company's competitive differentiation.
Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with market opportunities and business priorities.
Challenge existing assumptions and bring external market perspectives into internal decision-making.
6. Growth Analytics & Performance Insights
Monitor key growth indicators including leads, customer acquisition, conversion, CAC, ROAS, revenue contribution, and channel performance.
Analyze marketing and commercial data to identify growth opportunities and areas requiring improvement.
Connect marketing activities with business outcomes and commercial performance.
Prepare concise strategic dashboards and presentations for the CEO.
7. Strategic Projects – CEO Office
Support the CEO on strategic projects, market studies, and special business initiatives.
Conduct research and analysis required for management decision-making.
Prepare presentations, business cases, market maps, and strategic recommendations.
Coordinate with internal departments when required to execute strategic initiatives.
Follow up on assigned strategic initiatives and report progress, risks, and opportunities to the CEO.
Requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Growth, Business Development, Market Research, Consulting, Commercial Strategy, or a similar analytical role.
Strong understanding of market research and competitive analysis.
Strong analytical and business-thinking skills.
Ability to identify patterns, trends, opportunities, and risks from market and business data.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Excellent Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides skills.
Strong research skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent English communication skills.
Healthcare, medical, wellness, or multi-business experience is a plus.
