• Implements & develops procurement regulations as well as the decisions issued regarding the implementation of purchase orders.
• Develops, implements and manages comprehensive sourcing and category strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on cost reduction, quality improvement, and risk mitigation.
• Builds & maintains strong relationships with Local & International Suppliers & vendors maintaining business sustainability.
• Leads negotiations for the purchase of goods from both local and international suppliers, to secure the most favorable terms and pricing.
• Organizes and optimizes the procurement work cycle, monitoring its progress, following up on implementation, and evaluating performance to continuously enhance functional efficiency.
• Conducts in-depth market analysis to identify potential suppliers, emerging trends, and new opportunities for strategic sourcing.
• Leads the operation in developing & executing an effective procurement strategy (Cost, Quality & Service Level) to meet AOP & FCSTs. 

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field 
• Solid experience in buying fleet and machinery spare parts
• Familiar with commodities stock market
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills
• Professional in capturing savings, direct/indirect
• Expert in SAP, Microsoft office, Excel
• Professional ERP SAP user
• 10+ years of experience in procurement
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop team
