Infrastructure Planning Team Leader / Manager

The Planning Team Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating civil planning activities related to infrastructure, land development, and public works projects. The role involves managing a multidisciplinary planning team, overseeing technical studies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting strategic decision-making to deliver sustainable and efficient civil planning solutions.

• Monitor budgets, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
• Ability to use Primavera P6 to prepare baseline schedules, track progress, and analyze project performance.
• Strong experience in Claims (EOT, delay analysis).
• Analyze delays, critical path, recovery plans, schedule risks.
• Organizes and leads Planning & Scheduling team to help the Customer ensure the project is effectively and technically developed to meet the contract and standards' requirements, local and international codes, timeline and budget during all project phases.
• Responsible for providing the necessary support and input to Project Manager and team.
• Represents Planning & Scheduling at internal & external meetings on the project.
• Establishes Planning & Scheduling resource requirements and sources the necessary resources.
• Coordinates effectively with other project disciplines. 
• Ensures Planning & Scheduling team is correctly reporting.
• Ensures that the Planning & Scheduling team and any 3rd party subcontractors adhere to the overall project execution plan and project quality plan. 
• Coordinates the with Customer and project management team to ensure proper support in schedule management and adherence for the project. 
• Gathers data from project management and other organizations to ascertain issues impacting the project schedule.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing complex planning projects.
• Typically 7–10 years of experience in civil planning or infrastructure development.
• Primavera P6 is a must.
