Senior Civil Tender Engineer

 We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Tender Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our tendering and estimation team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing competitive, accurate, and compliant tender submissions for civil engineering projects. This role requires a strong understanding of civil construction practices, cost estimation, and contract requirements.

• Analyze tender documents including drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contractual terms.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil works including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Conduct site visits and assessments when required to understand project scope and constraints.
• Coordinate with design, planning, and project management teams to develop technical and commercial proposals.
• Prepare and submit complete tender documentation in line with client requirements and deadlines.
• Support bid clarifications, value engineering proposals, and post-tender negotiations.
• Maintain and update a cost database for materials, labor, and equipment rates.
• Monitor and review awarded tenders to compare estimated vs actual performance and identify areas for improvement.

•  Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in tendering/estimation for civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and market pricing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.
