Construction Manager - Infrastructure Projects

The Civil Construction Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the execution of infrastructure construction projects from inception to completion. This includes managing schedules, budgets, contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role focuses on delivering civil, structural, and utilities infrastructure to support operational or development needs.

• Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for infrastructure construction activities.
• Coordinate design reviews, value engineering, and constructability assessments.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of project documentation, permits, and reports
• Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and safety standards.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor performance, including progress, quality, and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Resolve technical issues, design conflicts, and site-related challenges promptly.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure or civil construction management.
• Proven track record managing large-scale infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, drainage, structural works, etc.).
• Experience with project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation and contract management abilities.
