Wet Utilities Technical Office BIM Engineer

• Develop and maintain BIM models for wet utilities systems, including water supply, sewerage, stormwater drainage, and irrigation networks.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings using BIM software.
• Coordinate with civil, structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines to identify and resolve design clashes.
• Perform clash detection and participate in BIM coordination meetings to ensure constructability and model accuracy.
• Prepare quantity take-offs (QTO), material schedules, and BOQs from BIM models.
• Review design drawings and ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations, and applicable engineering standards.
• Prepare technical submittals, material submittals, RFIs, and method statements.
• Coordinate with site engineers to provide technical support and resolve construction-related issues.
• Update BIM models to reflect design revisions and site changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all BIM deliverables comply with the project's BIM Execution Plan (BEP), company standards, and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure timely delivery of technical office deliverables.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in Technical Office and BIM Engineering for infrastructure or wet utilities projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Experience with BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of wet utilities systems, including water, sewer, stormwater drainage, and irrigation networks.
• Familiarity with infrastructure design standards, utility coordination, and construction practices.
• Experience in quantity take-offs, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
