Electrical technician

To perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair tasks on all factory equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and safe operation of electrical systems.

• Daily Operations:

  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks (cleaning, tightening, inspection) on electrical panels, motors, and sensors.

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults on production lines, conveyors, and processing equipment.

  • Execute daily operational, maintenance, production, quality, or technical tasks according to SOPs.

  • Ensure equipment reliability, process stability, product quality, and safety compliance.

  • Follow internal control procedures and segregation of duties.

  • Support export and food safety compliance where applicable.

• Installation:

  • Assist in the installation of new electrical equipment and cabling.

  • Modify control panels as directed by engineers.

• Safety Compliance:

  • Strictly adhere to LOTO procedures and electrical safety rules.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S).

• Documentation:

  • Record all maintenance activities in the CMMS or logbooks.

  • Maintain accurate ERP entries and reporting.

Ø  Academic and Professional Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree, Technical Institute Diploma, or Industrial Technical School certificate.

Ø  Experience

·       2 years of relevant industrial experience in manufacturing, utilities, quality, or maintenance environments.

·       Experience in FMCG industry is preferred.

Ø  Skills and Competencies

·       Ability to read electrical diagrams.

·       Hands-on experience with motors, contactors, relays, and sensors.

·       Understanding of Egyptian regulations

·       Safety awareness

·       Teamwork capability
