Job Description
Assure that the information produced by the project BIM team is compliant with the project specs.
Responsibilities
- Responsible of creating and maintaining the project’s BIM Execution Plan.
- Create and Revise BIM Models throughout the project life cycle.
- Develop shop drawings.
- Prepare RFIs regarding IFC drawings and documents conflicts.
- Use Navisworks to create clash detection tests.
- Responsible to coordinate and solve clash tests between different disciplines.
- Prepare required systems calculations.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering in (Civil, Arch)
- 1 - 6 years of experience.
- In-depth knowledge of BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and related technologies.
- Experience working on Autodesk Construction Cloud Docs and Collaborate Pro.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to strategize, plan, and execute BIM initiatives effectively.
- Experience working on large-scale projects.
- Familiarity with industry standards and protocols (e.g., ISO 19650).
