Engineering Section Head - Civil Concrete

• Lead and oversee structural concrete design across all stages: concept, schematic, detailed design, and IFC
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of structural engineers
• Perform and approve structural analysis, design calculations, and technical reports
• Coordinate effectively with Architecture, MEP, BIM, and construction teams
• Ensure compliance with local and international codes (ECP, ACI, BS, Eurocode)
• Implement and enforce QA/QC procedures for all design deliverables
• Support value engineering, constructability reviews, and design optimization
• Represent the structural discipline in client meetings and technical workshops
• Provide technical support during tender and construction stages when required

• 13–15+ years of progressive experience in structural concrete design
• Strong background in design offices working on:
• High-rise and mid-rise buildings
• Industrial and mixed-use developments
• Complex reinforced concrete structures
• Proven experience in EPC or large consultancy environments
• Demonstrated leadership in managing medium to large design teams
