Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Analyst to join our dynamic team in the Information Technology sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring our software and hardware systems operate efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of our company.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and identify system requirements for software and hardware applications.
- Develop and implement IT solutions to streamline processes and improve productivity.
- Provide technical support and training to users and staff on software and hardware systems.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues for timely resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document user requirements for IT projects.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for systems and processes to ensure knowledge transfer.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in IT analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies like Agile.
- Proficient in system design and testing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of SQL and database management is preferred.
