Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts within our growing Education & Training company. This role is pivotal in attracting, sourcing, and selecting high-caliber talent that aligns with our organizational goals and values. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent across various roles within the company.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create targeted job descriptions that resonate with qualified candidates.
- Source candidates through a variety of channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and direct outreach.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, competencies, and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.
- Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring processes.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment technology.
- Foster relationships with universities, colleges, and training institutes to create a talent pipeline for internships and new graduates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the Education & Training sector.
- Proven experience with full-cycle recruiting and employing various sourcing techniques.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships and engage candidates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Experience with employer branding and talent marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
