Job purpose:
we're looking for a Procurement Specialist to support our growing business by managing the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of marketing and technology-related goods and services. This role will play a key part in optimizing costs, building strong vendor partnerships, and ensuring the business has access to the best solutions that drive innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities .
• Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers, agencies, and technology vendors.
• Lead RFQs, RFPs, vendor assessments, and commercial negotiations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, payment terms, and service level agreements.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams to understand procurement needs and business requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Manage purchase orders, contracts, renewals, and procurement documentation.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive procurement process improvements.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and supplier innovations.
• Ensure compliance with Paymob's procurement policies and governance standards. 

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, or Purchasing.
• Previous experience procuring Marketing services (agencies, media, events, branding, digital advertising) and/or Technology solutions (SaaS, software licenses, cloud services, IT hardware).
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in fintech, technology, or startup environments is a plus.
