Job Purpose:
You will be responsible for designing seamless, engaging, and user-centric experiences across our digital platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn complex financial processes into intuitive, easy-to-use products. You will be key in helping shape the design direction of our fintech solutions, from mobile apps to web interfaces, ensuring we meet both user needs and business goals.

• User Research: Conduct user research and analyze feedback to understand customer pain points, needs, and behaviors. Use these insights to inform design decisions.
• UX/UI Design: Design user interfaces and experiences that are intuitive and provide a seamless flow, with a strong focus on accessibility, simplicity, and user-centricity.
• Prototyping and Wireframing: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts to stakeholders and the development team.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain a design system, ensuring consistency across all products and platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure designs align with business objectives and technical constraints.
• Iteration: Continuously refine and improve product designs based on user feedback, analytics, and testing.
• Financial Industry Focus: Understand the complexities of financial services, products, and user flows. Design secure, trustworthy, and compliant user experiences.
• Usability Testing: Conduct and oversee user testing to validate design solutions and identify areas for improvement.
• Brand Alignment: Ensure all design work aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and enhances the company’s visual identity.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or a similar role, preferably in fintech or a related industry.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. Familiarity with prototyping and user testing tools.
• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing design work, including mobile apps and web platforms, that demonstrates both UX and UI skills.
• Research Skills: Experience in user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Understanding of Fintech: Knowledge of financial products, regulatory requirements, and how financial services operate. Ability to design secure and compliant experiences.
