Senior Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for a Mid-Senior / Senior Full-Stack Developer to join a multinational company with the development team and build modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will work across both frontend and backend development, with a strong focus on performance, scalability, clean code, and efficient database solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications.

• Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React and AstroJS.

• Develop and maintain backend services and REST APIs using Node.js.

• Work with Prisma ORM and Microsoft SQL Server to design and optimize database solutions.

• Write and optimize complex SQL queries, database views, and stored procedures.

• Improve application performance through efficient data fetching, query optimization, lazy loading, and optimized API communication.

• Collaborate with developers and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and production issues.

• Follow best practices for clean, maintainable, and reusable code.

• Work with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines to support efficient development and deployment.

• Contribute to improving development processes, code quality, and application performance.

• 4+ years of experience in Full-Stack Development.

• Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.

• Solid experience developing and integrating REST APIs.

• Strong experience with Prisma ORM.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and complex SQL queries.

• Good understanding of database optimization and efficient data fetching.

• Experience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with AstroJS is preferred.

• Experience with Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, and Nanostores is a plus.

• Strong understanding of web performance, scalability, and clean code principles.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
