Lead the BIM/coordination team and ensure complete clash-free technical coordination among mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, structural, and architectural systems.

المسؤوليات

  • Manage and lead the BIM/coordination team.
  • Prepare and review coordinated drawings (MEP + Arch + Structural).
  • Conduct clash detection (Navisworks/Revit) and manage resolving conflicts.
  • Lead coordination workshops with different disciplines.
  • Ensure coordinated models meet project deadlines and specifications.
  • Maintain and manage BIM models, version control, and updates.
  • Support technical office and site with updated coordinated drawings.
  • Prepare coordination reports, logs, and approval documentation.

المتطلبات

  • 10–15 years of experience in coordination/BIM within MEP contracting.
  • Excellent command of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
  • Strong understanding of all MEP systems and construction sequences.
