Technical Coordination Team Leader - MEP

Job Description
Lead the BIM/coordination team and ensure complete clash-free technical coordination among mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, structural, and architectural systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the BIM/coordination team.
- Prepare and review coordinated drawings (MEP + Arch + Structural).
- Conduct clash detection (Navisworks/Revit) and manage resolving conflicts.
- Lead coordination workshops with different disciplines.
- Ensure coordinated models meet project deadlines and specifications.
- Maintain and manage BIM models, version control, and updates.
- Support technical office and site with updated coordinated drawings.
- Prepare coordination reports, logs, and approval documentation.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in coordination/BIM within MEP contracting.
- Excellent command of Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of all MEP systems and construction sequences.
